I am living in a town called Salmiya and it tends to come alive at night.
Above right shows Salmiya High Street.
On the left is a shopping mall which is about 10 mins walk from my flat, there are lots
of shopping malls, I guess because they are air-conditioned.
Top left is the Columbus Cafe where we tend to go for a coffee (or tea in my case),
there are loads of cafes (a subsititute for pubs). A cup of tea is nearly £2, a pint of Tetley's
in the Falcon is only £2.20 - oh well, at least I don't drink as many!
