Karen Brown - 1952-2019
We haven't had many Americans living ion Withernwick so Karen is one of a few, if not the only one.
She was norn in Ohio, USA on 5th Feb 1952, but worked for a long time as a biology professor at Wichita State University in Kansas.
Indeed it was in Wichita that Paul Boyle met Karen through a mutual friend.
Karen and Paul were married in Beverly in August 2013 and came to live in Lorne Terrace, Withernwick.
She brought with her, Katie the cat and Dory the dog.
She became a active member of the village and was loved by all that met her.
Sadly she died suddenly in March 2019
