The Knaggs Family of Withernwick
Various member of the family lived in Church Lane or
Mill Row from about 1900 until the 1970's.
We must thank (Paul) Darrell Slingsby for the photos below.
The first residents seem to be John R and Mary Ann Knaggs (nee
Harman) they married in 1893.
In 1901 they were living in Church Lane but by 1911 they had moved to Mill
Row

Mary Ann and John had 6 children all of whom were
born and brought up in Withernwick.
One of the children was Albert Henry Knaggs (1906-1980), he married
Henrietta Gardham in 1925.
on 20th January 1926 they had a daughter Hetty - see photo below.
