Norman has been an enthusiastic member of the village for many years now.
He has for many years now been a member and chair of the Parish Council and often played Santa at Chrismas Fairs and Sleigh Rides.
Being from Hull he was a passionate City fan, and for many years a season ticket holder.
He did various jobs, along with Carol they ran pubs including the Crooked Billet on Holderness Road.
Latterly he worked for the court system in Hull.
