Main Street c 1960
     

 
A photograph of Main Street, looking from the corner of Church Lane towards the Falcon.
Probably in the early 1960's, going by the car (a Wolseley?).
   In the distance is Lorne Terrace and the cottage stretching across the road is Pinfold Cottage, this was demolished to make way for the existing row of more modern cottages.
The bus stop is where it was until recently near to the telephone box.
