Tractor Run - Oct 2010
On a warm, sunny Sunday 17th October 2010, Withernwick welcomed the Charity Tractor Run. The run started and ended at Sproatley with The Falcon was the halfway stopping point where there was a welcome pint and bacon sandwich awaiting the drivers and spectators.
There was a marvellous parade of 40 old and new tractors all in fantastic condition. Apparently all but two managed to fit into the Falcon car park, that must have been an interesting puzzle to solve.
The run was in aid of Multiple Sclerosis. A great day was had by all and much money was raised for a very good cause.
